Mumbai: Cyient DLM, an integrated electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and solutions company, has set the price band for its ₹592-crore initial public offering at ₹250-265 apiece. The issue will remain open from June 27 to June 30. Investors must place bids for at least 56 shares and in multiples of 56. The subsidiary of Cyient has already raised ₹108 crore in its pre-IPO share sales. Three-fourths of the net issue has been set aside for QIBs, 15% for Non-Institutional Bidders and 10% for retail investors.
