Amazon’s October Prime Day, also known as Prime Big Deal Days, starts today. Plenty of major markdowns on TVs from brands like Samsung, Sony, Hisense, and more are here, and we’re tracking them live. Almost every screen size and panel type is on sale, from budget-friendly small-screen LED options to cinema-sized QLED and premium-grade OLED TVs. You can also find deals on other home theater equipment like soundbars, streaming sticks, and projectors.

I’ve been writing about and reviewing TVs for the better part of a decade, covering everything from basic smart TVs to sophisticated home theater systems. And when it comes to finding deals, I can get very picky about what I consider a good discount, so I only featured the steepest markdowns on the best models from the most well-known brands.
