The Xiaomi 14 Civi will be launched in India on June 12. This will be the first ever launch of the Civi series in India. Since 2021, the company has been targeting the China market, but now the Xiaomi 14 Civi series will make a debut in the Indian market as well. The 14 Civi is also set to join the company’s flagship series of phones, which currently comprises the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

Xiaomi 14 Civi: What to expect
In the teasers, Xiaomi has been placing special emphasis on the 14 Civi’s display. From what we know based on the posts shared by Xiaomi, the 14 Civi will feature a quad-curved display. The device will be the first one to feature such a display tech. A quad curved display on a phone features curved edges on all four sides of the screen, creating a seamless viewing experience with reduced bezels.
Given that the Xiaomi 14 Civi is likely a rebranded Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, we can anticipate several key specifications and features. The phone is expected to have a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Notably, the display could achieve a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and include 2160Hz PWM Dimming, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The phone is expected to house a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging and run on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14. Additional features may include an in-display fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, Hi-Res audio, stereo speakers, and Dolby Atmos support.
Teasers also confirm that, similar to the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Ultra, the Xiaomi 14 Civi will also use Leica branded camera sensors. As part of Xiaomi’s flagship lineup, the device will likely feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Leica Summilux lens, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 50-megapixel 2X telephoto camera. For selfies, a 32-megapixel front camera is anticipated.
Xiaomi India has also confirmed that the 14 Civi will be launched in India in three-colour variants –– Cruise Blue, Shadow Black and Matcha Green.
The Xiaomi 14 Civi is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, coupled with 12GB of LPPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

According to the rumours, the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Civi could be at a starting cost of around Rs 43,000 in India. In a post by tipster @yabhishekd, he mentioned that apart from the standard variant of 8GB+128GB option, there will be a second 12GB+512GB variant.
