Vignan’s Scholastic Aptitude Test (VSAT–2025) phase I results were announced on Saturday (April 12) by Vignan’s University vice-chancellor Col. P. Nagabhushan.
The university reported an overwhelming response from students across India for admissions into B.Tech, B. Pharm, B.Sc. Agriculture and Pharma D courses at its Vadlamudi campus in Guntur and Deshmukhi campus near Hyderabad.
This year, the entrance test was conducted both online and offline, attracting aspirants from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and several other States. Mr. Nagabhushanam said over 85% of the university’s alumni secured jobs in reputable companies.
He also announced a merit-based scholarship scheme. Students securing ranks 1–50 in VSAT will receive a 50% scholarship, those ranking 51–200 will get 25% and those ranking 201–2000 will receive 10%, valid for four years. Additional scholarships are available based on Intermediate marks and JEE Mains percentiles, ranging from 10% to 75%.
The university will conduct its first phase of counselling for admissions from April 16 to 20 at both Guntur and Hyderabad campuses. VSAT phase II will be held between April 13 and 30.
Dean of Admissions K.V. Krishnakishore announced the top 10 rank holders of VSAT–2025, including K. Raviteja from Anantapur and N.S. Pranay from Narasaraopet. Results can be accessed on https://vignan.ac.in/vsatresult and will also be sent via SMS to candidates.
Registrar M.S. Raghunathan highlighted the university’s partnership with top companies such as Microsoft, Infosys, HCL and TCS as well as international universities.
