Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has been attacking the government almost daily on Twitter over a host of the issue including the government’s handling of the coronavirus situation, economy and the border conflict with China.

Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday slammed the government yet again over the border situation with China and rising coronavirus cases in the country.

In a post on Twitter, Gandhi said: “I kept warning them on Covid-19 and the economy. They rubbished it. Disaster followed. I keep warning them on China. They’re rubbishing it.”

The senior Congress leader has been attacking the government almost daily on the social networking site over a host of the issue including the government’s handling of the coronavirus situation, economy and the border conflict with China.

Over the past few days, Rahul Gandhi has shared several videos on Twitter, criticising the government’s handling of the border conflict with China.

On Thursday, he shared a video about the matter and said, “PM is 100% focused on building his own image. India’s captured institutions are all busy doing this task. One man’s image is not a substitute for a national vision.”

Earlier on July 22, Rahul Gandhi took a swipe at the Uttar Pradesh government over the killing of journalist Vikram Joshi.

He has also criticised the government’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic as cases continue to rise in the country. In one tweet, Gandhi had listed the “achievements of the government during the pandemic.

Gandhi has also slammed the government over the economic distress in the country on many occasion in the recent past.
