A college teacher died in a road accident at Koottupatha, Lakkidi, near Ottapalam on Tuesday morning. Akshay R. Menon, assistant professor at Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology, Lakkidi, died when his scooter collided with a jeep. He was going to the college when the fatal accident took place.
