‘Aane Bantu Aane’ children’s theatre camp in Mysuru to commence on Sept. 20

‘Aane Bantu Aane’, a children’s theatre camp to make Dasara holidays meaningful, will be held here from September 20 to October 4.

The Indian Institute of Educational Theatre (IIET) will be organising the camp, which is open for children above the age of seven. It will be held daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The sessions will be led by senior theatre expert and children’s theatre practitioner Supreeth Bharadwaj. The camp will be held on IIET, Hardwick School premises at JLB Road here.

“The camp will provide an opportunity for children to move away from excessive mobile usage during the holidays and instead engage in music, dance, and theatre activities. Through theatre, children can develop creativity, self-confidence, and teamwork skills. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for their children,” the organisers said in a press release.
