Atal Innovation Mission, Dassault Systemes sign SoI to bring innovation to its programs – ET HealthWorld

New Delhi, India: Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) signed a Statement of Intent with Dassault Systèmes to bolster the initiatives taken up by AIM in India. This partnership will extend support to AIM programs and beneficiaries in addition to promoting innovation and entrepreneurship amongst aspiring entrepreneurs.

Under the SoI, Dassault Systèmes will support and promote AIM beneficiaries including Atal Tinkering Labs (ATLs), AIM incubators (AICs and EICs), Atal Community Innovation Centres (ACIC), grantees under Atal New India Challenge (ANIC), and Atal Research & Innovation for Small Enterprise (ARISE).

This partnership will aid the development of selected AIM start-ups with access to Dassault Systèmes’ 3D experience lab start-up acceleration program, capability building of their products, global community access related to the 3-D experience, industry connect with worldwide customers partners and technology collaborators and global events, hackathon, challenges with AIM and NITI Aayog.

Expressing his views on how this partnership will expand AIM’s ecosystem, Dr Chintan Vaishnav, AIM Mission Director said, “This initiative will open a new window for select Indian startups as they get access to the Dassault Systèmes global start up ecosystem- their accelerator program and a chance to connect with peers, industry experts, engineers, designers and be a part of the 3D-experience Lab.”

Asserting that this partnership reinforces Dassault’s commitment to nurture innovators, Deepak NG, Managing Director, Dassault Systèmes, said, “Our 3D-Experience lab will give access to technology and community for emerging startups in new domains like electric vehicles, batteries and charging infrastructure, medical devices, energy & materials sector and even to frugal innovators providing sustainable solutions for the industry of the future.”
