The revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,675.69 crore in the said quarter, against Rs 7,196.45 crore in the same quarter of the previous year financial year.
The total income of the company was reported at Rs 7,802.12 crore, up 7.2% YoY, from Rs 7,280.49 crore in the first quarter of FY25.
Sequentially, MRF’s net profit dipped 2.3% to Rs 512.11 crore.
The company’s consolidated net worth stood at Rs 18,999.96 crore as of June 30, 2025, compared to Rs 18,488.64 crore as of March 31, 2025, and Rs 17,276.54 crore as of June 30, 2024.
As of June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), the company’s consolidated debt-equity ratio stood at 0.03, compared to 0.04 in the year-ago period. The operating margin came in at 8.37%, lower than 10.61% in Q1FY25, while the net profit margin was 6.41%, down from 7.84% in the same quarter last year.
MRF Q1 standalone results
On a standalone basis, the company’s net profit was reported at Rs 484.23 crore, down from Rs 562.55 crore in the Q1 of FY26, indicating a year-on-year decline of 14%.The revenue from operations came in at Rs 7,560.28 crore, up from Rs 7,077.84 crore in the year-ago period.MRF declared its quarterly results during the market hours, post which, the stock fell by 1.2% to Rs 1,40,287.10 on the BSE.
