Nine personnel deployed for Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav’s security tested positive for novel coronavirus on Friday.
Lalu Prasad Yadav, 72, is currently lodged in Kelly Directors Bungalow after he was earlier admitted to Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) in Ranchi.
The security personnels deployed for his security outside the boundary of the bungalow have tested positive, according to sources.

RIMS Superintendent Vivek Kashyap informed over phone that all the nine security personnel have been relieved of thier duty.
A proper intimation has been sent to Ranchi district collector. Kashyap said that they are not going to take any risk in keeping the RJD supremo away from infection.
