Jaipur: The health department issued directions to update and verify professional and personal details on the ‘health portal’.
The department has clarified that the Dynamic Assured Career Progression (DACP), permission for foreign travel, NoC required for different works, transfers, postings and all such works will be done through the health portals from now onwards. The department has given January 15 as the deadline for the staff to update their details.
The department has developed RajHealth portal, a health resource management portal, to facilitate the employees of the health department for their day-to-day activities with quick and easy resolution. Since the state government has launched ambitious health schemes including Chiranjeevi Swasthya Bima Yojna, and making OPD and IPD facilities free including medicines and tests at government hospital, it is aiming to manage its human resource in effective way to ensure that the patients get benefit of the schemes properly.
Through the portal, the health department will manage its human resource-clinical and non-clinical staff. Since health is one of the biggest departments, the portal will help in making quick decisions on improving healthcare facilities with “quick and easy resolution,” a health department official said.
Besides, it will also make the job easy for the health department officials in making human resource management strategies. For the purpose, the health department has issued operational instructions for the employees of RajHealth portal.
Health department will be able to access details of each and every employee of the health department through the new portal including employees’ bank details, salary, education qualification, personal details and family details, which the employee can update time to time.
The health department is making it mandatory for the health department officials including doctors to submit personal details, qualification, service details, pay and bank details, family details and nominee details and also updating and verifying the details till January 15.
A health department official said that through the new portal, they will give immediate details about how many health department employees are graduate, post graduate, super specialized, and how many research papers they have published.
Besides, the department will also be able to find out the exact details of employees who are deployed on deputation. The employees have to fill the details that they had been deployed on deputation.
The portal will give clear picture about the employees, their qualification, and the place of their posting.
On just a click, the health department officials in Jaipur can get the entire details of an employee in Jaisalmer, or any other part of the state, even in rural area.
Besides, the health department will also get importation on designation-wise employees and also office-wise sanctioned posts. The new portal will also give instant information about the number of employees in a block and at district level.
