HappyPlus Consulting launches free platform for workplace stress management of medical professionals – ET HealthWorld

Mumbai: Tech-enabled happiness solutions provider HappyPlus Consulting on Thursday launched a free platform “ASHA” for managing medical profession based workplace stress.

Based on various parameters, Active Support through Happy Plus application or ASHA hospitals and medical professionals platform scientifically measure the stress levels after listening to employees and recommend solutions to help them cope up with the stress and anxiety.

According to a recent survey by HappyPlus, about 39 percent of employees are highly stressed and need immediate attention, while 54 percent of employees feel often stressed.

The COVID-19 fallout on psychological well being is also worrisome and has escalated the mental health issues among people. Commenting on the company’s survey finding, HappyPlus Consulting Founder and CEO Dr Ashish Ambasta said, “These statistics were already alarming. And the second wave of the pandemic has only tested all levels of emotional, social and economic strengths. It is in such testing times that bringing back positivity and hope among the employees and the organisations is crucial.”

“HappyPlus has also joined the fight against this pandemic by offering our app and survey platform free for all Hospitals, healthcare workers and medical professionals to overcome workplace stress,” Ambasta added.

Through ASHA platform, the company intends to conduct an in-depth study that will deep dive into the employee and leader sentiment and diagnose the level of happiness, optimism, productivity, empowerment, engagement, and stress among the healthcare professionals, the company stated.

Explaining further about the platform, Dr Ambasta said ASHA will offer a simple listening framework for organisations to monitor real-time employee experiences on a daily basis and faster decision making based on employee inputs and will help everyone to cope up with the stress and anxiety.

The company also plans to bring a more holistic and clear vision and also develop a strong framework to enable new, deeper, and more targeted insights and recommended actions at every level.
