Ask RAKSHA : A health information WhatsApp chatbot initiated by THIP Media – ET HealthWorld

New Delhi: THIP Media, the information media division of The Healthy Indian Project, has announced the launch of a WhatsApp health information and fact checking chatbot on WhatsApp Platform. The Chatbot is named Ask RAKSHA, where RAKSHA is an acronym for Readily Accessible Knowledge and Support for Health Action.

The intuitive chatbot will help Indian citizens find answers to their health questions and fact check any health information for free. Users can also further subscribe to daily health tips or play a quiz to evaluate their health knowledge. The chatbot is currently in english but the company confirmed that a hindi and bengali version will be launched soon.
